Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days stating exact issue faced by you with our product. If the issue is genuine, we have no hesitation to allow for a return and thereby refund your money back.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return

Please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 5 days The following products cannot be returned: 1. The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized. 2. The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 3. The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 4. The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
